Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1.Cancellable Orders:

          (a) Within 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Full refund with no transaction fee.

           (b) After 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Cancellation is still possible, but a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2.Unreceived Orders:

           (a) Correct address, but package not received for an extended period: A refund will be issued after verification and agreement with customer support.

           (b) Partial items missing from a multi-item order: A refund for the missing items will be issued after verification and agreement with customer support.

3.Post-Receipt Issues:

            (a) Damaged product: Submit photos to customer support for verification, and a refund will be issued upon agreement.

            (b) Defective product: Submit photos to customer support for verification, and a refund will be issued upon agreement.

            (C) Change of mind (product and packaging are unused and in resalable condition): Submit photos to customer support for verification, and a return/refund will be processed upon agreement.

When will the refund be received?

Once refund is done, you will get the money in your payment account within 24 hours. If you do not get it for a long time, please contact our customer service representative at info@realdick.com for help.

Exchanges & Returns

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact customer service here https://www.realdick.com/pages/contact and let the representative know the details of your package. Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to confirm its condition and further assist you with the procedures.

You can return your online order within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your order within 48 hours of receiving it In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions: The item(s) must be unworn, not-used, in the same condition that you received it and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can exchange for a different size, a different color or a different item. You can exchange an item if it complies with our Return/Exchange Policy.
