Due to direct contact with intimate areas, we strongly advise against returns to prioritize health and safety and avoid potential cross-contamination risks from resale. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting our customer service.

Return Conditions

(a)You have 2 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 2 days of receipt.

(b)Items returned must be in their unused condition with the intact packing. We do not accept a returned item including its box  that's sworn, damaged, used, or altered in any way.

(c)We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

(d)We do not accept packages returned by the C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return?

(a)Get in touch with our customer service representative. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Returns are possible only after reaching an agreement with customer support.

(b)Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

(c)Drop off your package at the local post office and provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours after you send your parcel.

Exchanges & Returns

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact customer service here https://www.realdick.com/pages/contact and let the representative know the details of your package. Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to confirm its condition and further assist you with the procedures.

You can return your online order within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your order within 48 hours of receiving it In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions: The item(s) must be unworn, not-used, in the same condition that you received it and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can exchange for a different size, a different color or a different item. You can exchange an item if it complies with our Return/Exchange Policy.
