  We have warehouses in the United States, Germany, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Orders are prioritized for shipment from the nearest available warehouse. If items are out of stock locally, we will arrange delivery from another warehouse.

Your order will typically be processed within 8-12 hours after payment confirmation.

      Express: 1-3 business days

(b)For items not in stock locally:

       Standard: 5-15 business days

(c)For countries in Asia, South America, Africa, etc.:

Multiple Shipments

In order to provide optimal service to our clients, we utilize merchandise inventory from all of our warehouses across the country. If your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured, there will be no additional shipping fee for orders that are split into multiple shipments. 

5. What shipping carriers do you use?

Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL,Royal Mail, etc. Once your order is shipped your will get a tracking number in your email box. You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.

6.What kind of packaging do you offer? Discreet Packaging?

We ensure that all shipping is discreet. All sex toy will be packed in a plain carton box. Your package will not display any information that reveals the nature of the product inside. You can rest assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to us throughout the entire shipping process.

We can make shipments for lots of countries and regions all over the world.

However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations:

Islamic countries, Philippines, India, Indonesia.

(a)US & UK Customers: All shipments are entirely tax-free.

(b)Canada, EU Countries, & Australia:

      Standard Shipping: No additional taxes/duties.
